  1. I Love all of your items, they are all so beautiful and personal but if I could only choose one I would pick the Edward keytag. The reason for this is because I think it would be perfect to give my husband so he could have it with him when he is away with the army, I would have our childrens names put on it for him.

  2. Everybody wants a piece of jewellery that is so special and precious not to just wear on special occasions but wear everyday. I would choose the " Penny" pendant. It's classic design is timeless and therefore I would give it to my mum. I would then hope in return that one day it would be handed back to me then allowing me to hold it dearly until I'm privileged enough to pass it along. I'm sure it would come with stories and takes that would change over the years to produce laughter and tears. But what's bwetter than a memory placed in your head than to wear it close to your heart. tahnee84@hotmail.com

  3. I would love to give my husband the Henry cufflinks. He does not have a close relationship with his father, and I do not want that repeated with his own son that has just turned 10 months. He could have his sons name close to him every day at work wearing the cufflinks, and then when our son Lachlan is old enough, pass them on from Father to son.

I ♥ the Audrey, Penny and Mia pendants but I adore how stylish the gorgeous Liesel bangles are. 11. Trying to choose just one person to give such a beautiful gift to is hard, but for me there is one stand out, my amazing husband Mat. He has been a rock during this time of change in our family. Our daughter Chloe is now 6 mons old and I couldn't have managed to move so smoothly into my new role as a mum without Mat. He is a hands on father who wants to be involved in every aspect of Chloe's life. He has done the 2am feeds while I was expressing, made my cups of tea while entertaining Chloe when I needed some sleep, and also managed to start his new job. With his new job he now has to wear suits (defiantly a new experience for this previous ICU nurse!), so I would love him to be able to put on his cuff links each day and be reminded of Chloe. He is an amazing man, husband and father, and I am one lucky woman! Email: reid_lisa75@yahoo.com.au

She always said she put alot of thought into our names and I would love to have them on a koolaman pendant like the AUDREY. To all mums out their well done, happy mothers day and keep doing the amazing job of raising wonderful children and keep enjoying them as they grow up way too fast. XXXXX

  18. I would LOVE to win my mum the Audrey Pendant stamped with my new son's name on it. I have a 3 month old little boy who is the first grandchild on both sides of the family and very loved by his parents and grandparents. My lovely husband has bought me an Audrey pendant stamped with his name for my very first Mother's Day and I would love to give my Mum a matching one. She lives a few hours away so doesn't get to see him all that often, but I know she thinks about us all the time and it would be a very special gift to have his name near her heart everyday.

A little selfish of me maybe but as I look after our 4 children each day I think they already have enough. Then I would love to pass the bracelet on to my youngest daughter as a keepsake that she can pass on as well. My oldest already will have my engagement ring and my middle daughter will have my Mia pendant. Who knows, when they are 18 I would love to be able to purchase them all their own piece of Koolaman Designs, including my son. Your pieces are gorgeous and I always get compliments on my Mia. 25. I would get the Finn dogtags for my partner. Now fiance. He's ex Navy, but still wears his tags every day - I think not for his own sake, but because the chain also has the tags of his great-grandfather and his grandad. His Dad has his own set, and wears them too.
He proposed to me three weeks ago, and asked me how I felt about him adopting my son Matthew. It's a really huge and important decision for all of us. I'd love to get him tags made with Matthew's name on them, and Matt's new last name, to wear and show each other that they're really family now, forever.

  27. My beautiful and strong friend recently lost her mother to cancer. She was there for her mum every step of the way, and the loss has been devestating for her. She is putting on a very brave face while trying to organise her wedding, but her pain at knowing that her mother, her very best friend, wont be there, is at times overwhelming. I would love her to have the Charlotte necklace from the Silver Seeds collection, stamped with her mother's name, to wear close to her heart on her special day. It would be something she could wear forever, and hopefully it will remind her that while she may feel really alone right now, she has friends that grieve her loss, and care deeply for her. My email is karen.m.marshall@gmail.com. Thank you for running this generous competition.

I would love to gift the Liesel Bracelet to myself from my daughter for mothers day of course. I am a single mother and feel a need a nice gift, other than the beautiful self made cards I receive from my 4yo of course. Ella was clever enough to hop on line and purchase me the Kate pendant two years ago (she's very clever) for mother day and I love it and wear it almost every day. I always receive comments on the pendant. It is beautiful. My contact details are janettemannion@hotmail.com

  29. I would love the Ma ma dog tags for my gorgeous husband. He is my rock. We have four beautiful boys. Our twins were born prematurely late last year and my hubby was so fabulous he balanced our two older boys, bonding with our new babies, work, the house and chauffeuring me to and from the hospital to see our twins. I know how physically and emotionally exhausted he was but he never complained and always put me and our children first. I consider myself so blessed to have him in my life.

Too often as mothers we neglect ourselves and I think it's about time we spoiled ourselves more often!! So this is my spoil piece and would compliment my existing Koolaman necklace like only an original Koolaman piece could. Michelle C

    1. I've been looking at koolaman jewellery for a few years now, and I think the reason I still don't own any of your elegant items, is that it is dreadfully hard to pick just one piece! I'd love to claim the Ivy necklace as my own: it is stunningly simple, yet beautiful; it's 'childproof'(no jagged edges and would withstand tugging), but also tactile for me, as I love playing with my jewellery. I could also add pendants for all my living and angel babies - something that reminds me of why I'm a Mum.

His wife already has a necklace (not sure which one) with both of their daughters names and dob's on it, but the keyring would be great for him. Their two girls have been diagnosed with a rare form of leukodystrophy. The oldest girl is just short of her 3rd birthday and has digressed to the point she needs full time care and will pass away very soon, their youhgest daughter is only 12 weeks old and is having a bone marrow transplant in the next month in an attempt to slow the disease process down. 56. I selflessly directed my brother-in-law straight to Meg, knowing that my dear sister would think he was the world's best husband if he presented her with such a stunning piece of jewelry that commemorated the birth of their brand new baby girl, Lila Cate. I've been in love with Koolaman Designs for some time now and would love it if someone (I.e husband) had presented me with on of your treasures with my beautiful little boy's name on it. So I took it upon myself to send my bro in law the link to Meg, and the deal has been made. I'm even letting him claim the idea as his own. She's getting Meg and frankly I'm really, really jealous. So, long story short, I want Meg too, with my little joy's name on it. Then when I win, I'll give Liesel to our Mum with her daughters names, and grandchildren's names handstamped. What could be more lovely than 3 proud Mums and a Nanna sporting stunning Koolaman designs around town. We be a walking marketing campaign for Koolaman! thanks ladies x

It would be the perfect thing to commemorate the birth of my first son, who is due on the 14th of May (although of course I'm hoping he will surprise us and come early on Mother's day!) 61. All the designs are stunning but if I had to choose one, I would pick the Ma Ma pendant. Since my daughter was born 2 years ago, we have started a mother's day tradition of adding a charm to a charm bracelet every year which I will then give her when she turns 21. Now I am pregnant with a baby boy and we have been wondering what tradition we could start for him. A Ma Ma pendant with each of our family members' names stamped on it would be a gorgeous and loved gift for myself first, and then to pass down to him when he is older. Treasured family momentos forever in their lives even when I am not.

But if I had to pick some designs that I really like, the winners would be the Meg bangle, Julia pendant, Alice pendant, and the Liesel bangle (my favourite by just a smidge). I would probably give the gift to my Mum, she is selfless and does so much for other people and rarely does anything for herself or buy herself anything special. She is my inspiration for entering :)

Good luck to everyone and Congrats to the winner! :)

  64. I would love to get the Leisel Bangle for myself to match my other koolaman necklace. It is amazing how many people ask me in the street or @ work and specially kindy where 3 people from the kindy have purchased items since they have seen mine. I would love to give my son's teacher a piece of your collection as a gift. She absolutely loves mine and comments all the time how beautiful it is. She has really helped me and my son with issues he has with his learning and giving her a gift like this would be fantastic.

  66. Firstly I have had pendant envy for over two years!! If I had to choose one item it would be the Finn tag for my darling husband. Since our youngest son was born nearly two years ago my husband has been through a really rough time. He had a stroke when our baby was three months old he has recovered well but unfortunately he was recently diagnosed with thyroid cancer. He feels like he has the worst luck and I think that the fin tag would cheer him up and make him smile! I know it's not fathers day but it would make my day to see him happy! mezmccaffrey@hotmail.com

  67. I would love for my husband and children to get me the Amelia silver seeds necklace and bracelet with the ruby pendant. The large beads on a necklace/bracelet and a round pendant are a full circle and I think really represents a family unit. Plus I already have the Mia pendant and have had comments from the first day I was given it from my sister. I would love to have a set that stands out more for special occasions and my MIa for everyday (i never take it off except for netball!!)

  68. I have had koolamen dot com dot au bookmarked for four long years,
but it seems my subtle hints are something nobody hears!
The AUDREY pendant is the one I have my heart set on,
so this prize would be perfect and would mean a ton.
One to rival the flowers and the slippers for sure,
Could a mummy possibly ever ask for anything more?

  69. I'm going to be selfish and wish the Audrey pendant for myself - I'm 41 and have just had my first baby after 3 terrible years of misfortune. Am so thrilled to rediscover what love is all about! I work in operating theatres so would love something I never need to remove, so can be reminded of my gorgeous boy every minute of every day. juleshearn@hotmail.com

  70. My favourite piece I would be “Grace” pendant, I would like to give it to my mum (with her 5 children's names) because all that I am and all that I desire in my life comes from the passion, love, humour, and dedication that I experienced from her. She has given so much to her family, sacrifices and an abundance of love. She has taught me how to laugh, have fun, enjoy life, dream big, and show compassion for everyone that I love. I would like to say thank you and give her something in return that would be close to her heart.

  71. I would choose the Finn dog tag for my beautiful husband. He deserves something special as before Christmas he was diagnosed with lung cancer at the age of 49. He has undergone successful surgery to remove part of his lung and is recovering slowly but finding it hard to cope with the big "C" word. I'd love to get him this with both our names on it for our Anniversary which is the 8th May. That way he would know I was always close to his heart.
We were trying for a baby before this news hit us like a truck and so with some better luck, later down the track, maybe I would be able to add another Finn dog tag that represented new life and new beginnings!

  74. I'd love to get the Julia stamped with my husbands name and the date of our wedding, to match the Isobel I already have with our children's names. As a stay at home Mum, I often don't wear my wedding or engagement rings, so it would be lovely to have something like this to wear (I never take my Isobel off). As the children are still young, any mother's day presents are from hubby anyway, may as well make it from the heart.

I have a ma ma tag with chain with my Daughter's name on it. It was a gift from my cousin & I just adore & treasure it. I think my new favorite will be the leather collection & cannot wait to see it!

I would love to win the pendant for her because she has been through so much, we lost my brother (her son) two years ago unexpectedly and has still been strong for me and my two younger siblings. She does so much for everyone in the community and deserves to be spoilt!! Please choose my mum for these gifts :)

  78. I would love my 18 year old daughter to win this as she has been such a good help with my two younger children for the past two years since my beautiful son passed away unexpectedly. She was in the middle of year 11 and just about to start her HSC but she always found time to be with them whilst I was slowly falling apart inside. She is always putting others before herself and she so deserves to have something beautiful for her just like she is. I have just bought a necklace and she was admiring it and I would have loved to get one for her as well. Please choose her to win this package so everyone else will know that she is loved so much. :)

  84. I've wanted a piece from Koolaman Designs for so long now. As much as I'd love a pendant, I think my first purchase would have to be the EVE earrings, so that I could pass them onto my daughter Eve, when she's old enough to get her ears pierced. What a gorgeous family heirloom they could become and so special. Robyn ( rhutchins36@gmail.com )

  85. Firstly, thank you for your glorious inspirational designs.
Having just spent many hours researching your website I concluded the AUDREY PENDANT was what I needed the most, I am excitedly awaiting delivery...
Now I would dearly love to give the AUDREY PENDANT to my mother, it would carry all of her grandchildren's names perfectly.
The ELLA earrings would look divine on my 13yr old Anna.
My beautiful 11yr old Kate has already requested a LIESEL BRACELET of her own.
The complete perfect package to say I love you to the most important people in my life. - Melissa -

  87. The beautiful 'Liesel' bracelet has that classic style,
That other Koolaman designs celebrate, too,
Even recalling a character from 'The Sound Of Music',
"You are 16 going on 17, I'll take care of you..."
How lovely to be that innocent again,
    Naive and believing in dreams...
    Just like my beautiful daughter,
Dancing beneath rainbows and amidst moon beams...
There is nothing like personalized jewellery,
Seeing the names you love most on something that will last...
Just like the laughter of our precious children,
That lingers forever in our hearts, stead-fast...
I would give this bracelet to my daughter,
As a symbol of love and to create a memory,
So that one day, she could trace a finger over her name,
And feel the love passed down from me...

  88. Such a tough call, girls as all of your designs are exquisite and so personal! I am fortunate enough to already have a Ruby pendant with my daughters name (Poppy) on it. My intention is to hand that onto Poppy oneday. When our next bub comes along, hubby has already had hints dropped (subtly, of course!) that if I was to receive a silver seeds Olivia necklace with Ruby pendant then I would not be
disappointed at all :) That way that child will have the necklace & pendant handed down to them too! The next generation can get as much enjoyment from your pieces as I do!

  92. The AUDREY Pendant is beautiful. I have 3 beautiful children, which i treasure each day and am so blessed with- but being a mum comes with the territory of heartache, disappointment, discipline and the roller coaster of life as we work together as a family. So many people don't even have the opportunity to have a family to love, or children to birth and hold (sentimental to people in my life at the moment) so each time I to go to complain about my children or when i feel i am getting nowhere with them- i will hold onto my pendant and remember that i am blessed to just be able to ride this life with them... However, the beautiful Liesel silver bangle is something all mothers need.
If i could I would give one each to my two sisters and my mum,

I love the design, its elegant and fun with style,
Oh, and if it would be mine, well oh, wouldnt it make me smile.

  95. My favourite piece is the Grace pendant. I have a special May ahead with both mothers' day and my 40th birthday to celebrate and I just love the style and simplicity of the Grace pendant and would treasure having the names of our lovely three sons always close to me (a way of me holding on to them when they are growing up so fast!). However, I think everyone will agree with me that all the Koolaman items are tasteful, stylish and would be teasured by any mum, young or old alike.

  98. The Kate pendant (chosen with great affection)
Is my favourite piece from your collection!!
It is elegant, stylish and petite,
    Endearing and sweet,
And would make the perfect Mother’s Day treat!

My best friend is soon to be a first time mother
And your Mother’s Day pack would be a gift like no other!
A beautiful keepsake worn near the heart,
For all to admire, right from the start!
    A stunning gift to treasure…
A gorgeous set that brings pleasure!

Even though I have longed for a Koolaman for a great while -
    (A keepsake for myself I do so desire!);
Sometimes in life it’s better not to receive, but to give
And to do it freely, devoid of motive.

For friends and family are ultimately what matters if life,
Not all the other distractions that can lead us to strife!
But now I am beginning to digress
    (I forget that sometimes it’s best to say less!);
In the end, your chosen winner will be rewarded,
With this precious gift you have awarded!

  100. I would love the Audrey pendant with my three daughters names on it. I had one daughter and then twin girls who were born 8 and half weeks early and the time we spent in hospital with all the sick children around us makes me cherish every day I have with healthy, happy children. That was 14 years ago and every day is a blessing. It is lovely to think I could have wear their names close to my heart every day. I find your jewellry to perfect to wear both everyday and dressed up to wear out. It seems like these pendants are the modern version of the locket. I'm sure my children will get a buzz out of seeing their names on my jewellry every day. Cheers.Tracie
